I had seen a Toyota Camry Hybrid at another location but was still considering another make of car. I went to Desert Toyota to view the hybrid Camry once again before making my decision. Here I met Bobby Mispagel, who not only showed me the model I wanted to see, but described its attributes so convincingly that I decided that the Camry Hybrid was the car for me. Bobby personally retrieved the color of car I required from a distant lot and saw that it was delivered to me in pristine condition. He also went over the Entune audio system, the keyless entry, the instrument panel and other aspects of the car I bought. Mark saw to it that the windows were tinted in a quick and professional way. Overall experience was excellent, due mostly to the work done by Bob Mispagel and his general manager Kalei Dudoit. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicles considered & test driven. Test drives, purchase and delivery were all scheduled around my time constraints as much as possible & this was very much appreciated. Bob & Kalei are very friendly, engaging and great guys as well, making the sales experience that much more enjoyable, not a drudgery. Despite the storm & rain on the day of the delivery, car was in excellent condition, clean, dry & shiny when delivered. Bob explained functionality of all "apps" and new mapping/stereo system, and helped to connect the Entune system. Kalei worked closely with me on the price of the vehicle & again, provided excellent & clear communication of what I was getting for what price point. We were in the market for a vehicle for our daughter who is about to leave for college. After some research and family round-tabling, we determined were in the market for a Volkswagen or Scion tC. We were immediately greeted by Sean, and expressed our needs and financial limitations. Sean was very understanding of our situation, and never tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in. He explained our different options, based on our down-payment and desired payments. Although we weren't able to find anything fitting our needs on the Desert Toyota/Scion lot, Sean searched the other dealers in the Desert Auto Group. He was able to locate a vehicle on their VW lot across the street, and offered to meet us over there. Sean walked to the VW lot, across 8 lanes of traffic, to continue helping. He showed us the perfect vehicle for our daughters needs, and she was sold on it at first sight. The vehicle was priced about $3000 out of our budget, but Sean said he thought the was a little room to work, and he'd see what could be done. Needless to say, we were able to make a deal, and stay WITHIN our budget!! By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Sean and the staff at Desert Toyota understood our situation, and NEVER applied any pressure or made us feel uncomfortable. We WILL be back in the future for our car buying needs. More

My initial walk thru was great - clean facility, helpful staff and nice ammenities like fresh coffee. My salesman Bob Mispagel was on the ball and had everything in order ready to sign. The car was a Christmas gift for the wife and I asked Bob if he could give me one of those red bows to put on the hood - he plucked one off the hood of a showroom car and gave it to me. More
