excellent customer service by Ivan! had an appointment for regular maintenance and the only down side i have is the long wait-2hrs. but overall everything else was great! I don't normally like dealerships because their prices are usually way too high for parts and service. I'm glad I took my Venza to AutoNation Toyota because I believe no one knows a Toyota like a Toyota d are usually way too high for parts and service. I'm glad I took my Venza to AutoNation Toyota because I believe no one knows a Toyota like a Toyota dealer. I get great service and Joey is terrific. He lets me know what I need, when I need it and doesn't recommend unnecessary service or repairs like some dealers do to make more money. More
