Despite being a hot and hyped-up car, I am highly pleased to say that I never felt pressured that the car I laid my interest upon never felt imposed on to me ("If you don't get this now, someone else is gonna come snatch it up!"). My sales representative, Jack R., was transparent, friendly, honest, and highly communicable during every step of the process from my initial inquiry for the allocation of the car (even before it even entered the market!), to placing a deposit, until the car ended up in my hands. During the day of the purchase, he even assured me that he would stay on the dealership floor after his shift ended just to finalize the sale with me. He even gave me a refresher on operating a manual transmission to ensure I'd be able to drive it home. Ask for Jack! My family's first purchase from this dealer was back in 2004, a Toyota Sienna, when they went under the name Desert Toyota Las Vegas. They've stayed along for the ride helping obtain parts for our 1994 Camry, as well, and helping my step-mother purchase a 2021 Highlander.
