I thought this dealership was trying to get me the best deal and it turns out they didn’t. They don’t even want to respond to me anymore after the sale. They sneaked in a warranty they told me they were ju deal and it turns out they didn’t. They don’t even want to respond to me anymore after the sale. They sneaked in a warranty they told me they were just giving me at 25% of the purchase price for barely 24k mile coverage which is an absurd amount for the amount they charged me. Sergio Ramos Lopez acts like he’s looking at the best interest for you but in reality it’s in the best interest of the Stealership. They make you do the review before you even sign the documents to cover their tracks. Absolutely horrible unethical business practices being done at this particular dealership. -5 stars is what I actually want to give them. More
