I was very excited to buy a car for the first time, until Jonathan in finance made it into a frustrating and disappointing experience at best. Jonathan expressed in the finance meeting that he was frustrated that I wanted to read the documents before signing. I'm not sure why he felt I would blindly sign documents, especially when he was woeful at best at describing the options and what I was ultimately signing. When I returned to the dealership to inquire more about what the experience was like and what I had signed for, Jonathan was further agitated and expressed his frustration that I was trying to understand. It is unreasonable for a person to sign a contract when they have questions about the content. Jonathan's demeanor was arrogant and dismissive. He lacked fundamental skills of customer service, and couldn't care less about my experience with your dealership. More
