This was my first time working with Auto Nation Las Vegas and they did a great job. My only complaint was that when I went to pick up the car and keys, that they seem to have some confusion with the locatio and they did a great job. David Schuerman was great. He was a great help. But, I was not happy with the fact that there was no shuttle service. I had to walk to work and back to get my car. Took my daughter's 2015 Toyota 4Runner to have recall work done. A two-hour appointment ended up with it being 3 1/2 hours. That was okay, what I have an issue with is THEY GAVE US BACK SOMEONE ELSES C work done. A two-hour appointment ended up with it being 3 1/2 hours. That was okay, what I have an issue with is THEY GAVE US BACK SOMEONE ELSES CAR!!! My husband has a disability and didn't notice it was a different vehicle. I went out to leave for an appointment and noticed it wasn't the correct car. Called the dealership to speak with the Service Manager and was just told "could you bring it back". I told the lady "Um, ya think" but this is now making me late for an appointment. Which I missed and was CHARGED for something that wasn't my fault! Asked for them to fill my tank or wash it and was told NO we don't do that. So, now we had to take the car back, get MY car, miss an appointment (pay for missing it) and you can't do xxxx for us for your screw-up??? NEVER AGAIN, and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! More
