I was from our of town and the low tire light came on my 2020 Toyota RAV4. I was told one of my tires had a small nail, but it was in the tread and did not fully penetrate the tire. I explained I had to travel home through the desert and needed to be sure it was okay. I was assured it was fine. Well, in the way home the low tire light came on again and I just made it home. My Toyota dealership said they should have repaired the tire because, as was obvious to me and them, the tire was compromised. I would not recommend your dealership. More

I had called to take in my car for a oil changed & ask the person who answered the phone could I go in as a walk-in & she said sure as along as your in an hour before we close,so I take my car in & they t the person who answered the phone could I go in as a walk-in & she said sure as along as your in an hour before we close,so I take my car in & they told me they couldn’t take my car for a oil change because they were behind on cars,so I told the guy in the service dept so why was I told on the phone that I could bring my car? & all he said was you have to make a appt & as I left angry I saw three men playing with a ball in the service area which if they were backed up why were the employees playing ball when they should of been working?? I was very unhappy with the kind of customer service I received here.Then I asked to talk to a supervisor & the Msn said there is no supervisor on site @ this time then I said do you have a manager & he said no manager on site today! I was like how do you run a business with no supervisor nor manager ??? I was really not pleased with the service or treatment I received here & would not recommend nobody to come here. More
