Once again having issues with this KIA, I've been calling for 2 days to get it in for service! Not my service advisor, the service manager nor Rudy has called me back. I had a very good experience and really appreciated the opportunity to speak directly with Erick who was the technician that worked on my 2002 Toyota Camry. My Service Advisor (Chris) was helpful and liste opportunity to speak directly with Erick who was the technician that worked on my 2002 Toyota Camry. My Service Advisor (Chris) was helpful and listened to all my requests. My only recommendation would be for customers to apply multiple discount coupons to a single work order. I missed out on some additional savings because I could only use one coupon which maxed out on the services received for my work order. More
