Upon walking into this dealership there were many salespeople ready to assist us, but Ian is someone who stood out to us right from the start. He was genuine, charismatic, knowledgeable, and professi salespeople ready to assist us, but Ian is someone who stood out to us right from the start. He was genuine, charismatic, knowledgeable, and professional. What was originally a “just passing by” window shopping type of ordeal turned into “we’d like to make a deal with Ian at the end of this”. Every question I had about car model, specs, and finance/lease options Ian answered swiftly and thoroughly. This is my second car purchase, but my first time leasing brand new off the lot. My partner also leased a truck and we made this deal together which was nice. Ian was up front with us about pricing, but was super helpful when it was time to negotiate. We had a lot of questions. Ian and JP made a great team and helped us feel much more confident in returning to close the deal. When we did return, we were grateful Ian could relay our thoughts and concerns with the GM ultimately sealing the deal. There was a lot of back and forth which is pretty normal for negotiations at the dealership, but there was never a moment we felt uncomfortable or forced. It was nice to feel like our time was valued and our concerns were addressed every exchange. We are happy with the deal we got and are very grateful Ian was our salesperson! I’m very happy with my car and look forward to stepping into AutoNation Sahara location for my car maintenance. We were extremely surprised when we found out Ian had only been with Toyota 4 months— with the way he handled this 2 car deal we thought he had been there for at least a year or 2. If this is where Ian is at the start of his career who knows how far he’ll go 2 years in! Great job Ian! May God continue to bless your sales career.
