Incompetence on an unimaginable scale. They can't even perform an oil change without putting your life at risk. We had the oil changed prior to heading to Reno, and AutoNation Toyota fa They can't even perform an oil change without putting your life at risk. We had the oil changed prior to heading to Reno, and AutoNation Toyota failed to put the oil cap back on the engine. Contamination everywhere, including oil all over our garage floor. Dip stick indicated oil level below measurable level. Had to add over a quart of oil to get in spec. It's August now, had we not discovered it prior to heading out in the desert we might have paid for it with our lives. Cap to coolant reservoir also left off. We were not provided with a point-by-point inspection list though we were charged for rotation, brake inspection, fluid top-off and wiper inspection in addition to the oil change. I wonder if any of the inspection work was performed. I seriously question if AutoNation Toyota has any kind of drug screening or background checks on the mechanics working there. This is what you'd expect from a drug addict who smoked a joint on their way to work that morning. More
