I have bought four cars from this company and love Toyota however, I would proceed with caution when going to the service department my last visit there they did the oil change three days later my car died w however, I would proceed with caution when going to the service department my last visit there they did the oil change three days later my car died when I called AAA they showed me my battery. It wasn’t even the same battery that I had when I went in for service. I went back to Toyota and talked to the manager and I asked him how could my car possibly die three days after an oil change and told him that I didn’t have the same battery in my car when I left, he said we have no technology to gauge a battery , I said this isn’t my battery this is somebody else’s battery, it was half the size of the battery that I had and it was yellow so they told me they would give me a brand new battery come to find out the battery they gave me was not brand new. It was cracked and leaking , I would highly recommend buying a car from them, but stay away from their service department. More
