His customer servi not the actual dealership or its management team*** I had a fantastic experience with Stone Lee at AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. His customer service skills were truly exceptional, and he went above and beyond to assist me throughout the buying process. Despite some unfortunate challenges with the price change due to the management team's decision, Stone remained diligent in keeping me informed and continued to provide excellent service. I must admit, I felt bad for him as it should be a super easy sale, but the management's decision to nickel and dime their customers and not honor the originally posted price was disappointing. However, Stone's professionalism and extreme patience stood out, and he did his best to address all my questions and concerns. It's unfortunate that the management's aloofness and unwillingness to work with customers have resulted in the car being moved around six times between five dealerships since April (it’s August when this review is written). A competent leader would prioritize customer satisfaction and work to find solutions to move inventory without inconveniencing clients, it would also help their KPI as well if they care about their business. Despite the issues with the management there, I wholeheartedly give Stone Lee five stars for his outstanding efforts. He is a gem in this dealership and the primary reason for my positive experience. His dedication and commitment to providing top-notch customer service make him an asset to AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. I hope that Stone's management team recognizes the value he brings and takes notes on how to improve their own customer relations. More
I always have a great experience when dealing with this dealership. I bought my van with them 2 years ago and the salesperson was very professional and polite, he also had great follow through. My car was totaled in May and I was stressing because finding the right car is such a head ache. I came to autonation on sahara with jonhatan pineda and he made the process SO smooth and hassle free. Originally, I wanted a used car because it was what I could afford. After Jonhatan and I discussed my payment options I proceeded with the finance manager, Jason. If you could I would avoid him at all costs. He probably thought because I was a girl going into a dealership by myself he thought he could get away with lying straight to my face telling me I couldn’t get the warranty I wanted. He kept making excuses, spitting out lie after lie, and going off on tangents about his personal life. I had done my extensive research and knew his “we have not done that in 9 years” statement about GAP insurance was a lie. It did not seem like he was trying to budge. So I left very unhappy. So unhappy that i returned the car within two days because the payment Jason gave me did not seem right. I was basically paying for a new car. Therefore I decided I was going get a brand new car since it seemed like i was already paying for one. I went back with jonhatan who so patiently went over other car options to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I kindly asked to speak with another finance associate. I went with Ken who not only was funny but was respectful in what I was able to afford. I am now driving a 2023 se camry with all the features I want and with the price I want (im actually paying less for a new car compared to the used car that Jason tried ripping me off on). A huge thanks to Jonhatan and Ken who made it possible to get a new car! More
