As a costumer, it is my right to cancel any transaction that l feel not needed for my car like extended warranty options. They are not willing to help me or assist me for the said cancellation. This is totally insane and unprofessional in my part as a costumer who just bought the car in less than 24 hours. I will not recommend Auto Nation to all my friends who like to buy toyota car.
