I am so satisfied with Ivan, my service representative. He goes above and beyond to service me. I only have one complaint with the repair people, after rotating my tires. Upon returning home I noticed a nail in the driver’s side front tire. They should have noticed this and repaired it. I had to take my vehicle to a tire shop to repair that tire :( I was fortunate I was not charged for the repairs. I will return for future services, only because of Ivan and his expertise regarding his job knowledge. More
