The WIFI was very, very slow and unable to use. I was at the dealership for 3 hours and waiting for the representative to let me know the update of my vehicle. All of the service agents at AutoNation with the exception of Tim Phillis are rude, discourteous and have attitude problems It amazes me how they lack sincerity and being warm and engaging to cust exception of Tim Phillis are rude, discourteous and have attitude problems It amazes me how they lack sincerity and being warm and engaging to customers whom they receive a commission off of. Tim Phillis is a gem and an asset. I’m thankful for his serve ice and sincerity even though my vehicle became very costly to fix, he maintained professional and gave me assurance that all was being done to fix my vehicle as best as possible. I’ve been coming to AutoNation for well over 10 years and have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership but will never return due to lack of professionalism. You’re in the customer service business and all employees should go through training of what that means.
