I usually stay away from dealerships and prefer to bring my SUV to small, honest mechanical shops. Unfortunately, locating the latter has become difficult these days. Since my husband brings his truck to my SUV to small, honest mechanical shops. Unfortunately, locating the latter has become difficult these days. Since my husband brings his truck to AutoNation and talks about the great service & honesty, I threw in the towel. My AC & navigational system was not working properly. We dropped off the SUV in the morning and picked it up 5 hours later, which should have taken "a couple of hours". Fortunately, I didn't have anything planned that day. Upon picking up my vehicle, David Schuerman informed me that the AC was working fine & my model doesn't come with a navigational system. There is no charge since nothing had to be repaired. A multi-point inspection was also performed. Of course I was dumbfounded with the results. I will come back since this first experience wasn't painful at all. More

Went in for oil change and was advised tires were at 40%; not critical but will eventually need to be replaced. Quoted a price and offered to do the service on the same day which I agreed to. I think it's absolute garbage that you don't have an EV-certified technician on staff. California EV's find their way to Nevada's used car market regularly, and you know this. Most of your staff makes n EV-certified technician on staff. California EV's find their way to Nevada's used car market regularly, and you know this. Most of your staff makes no effort to please customers. I guess you have more demand than you can satisfy. Good for you, but your customers will remember the way you treated them in the times when you want them back. Also, charging for firmware updates for an older car is poor form. No shuttle service, why? Covid? That's a lie. No car washes because Lake Mead is low? I call BS. How about you get back to serving customers again? No more excuses. On top of that all, my paperwork and key were both where they were not supposed to be. The staff took 20+ minutes to locate both with and empty bay - I don't have time for that. Get it together! More
