Over the moon pleased with my visit to AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas and it's servicing department. Made an appointment online and soon received a return email telling me who my service rep. I arrive on the day and time of my appointment and without even getting out of the vehicle, Tim came and greeted me. Did a little paperwork and I went inside to wait for my 10,000 service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Was surprised to see Tim came to me in less than 45 minutes informing me the service was complete. Most of my new cars in the past, I wouldn't even take to the dealership to have serviced because the wait times were usually a couple of hours. AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas did an outstanding job and got me out quickly! Much appreciated during these covid times instead of waiting. Thanks Tim to you and the service team at AutoNation!! More

Service representative Joey Martinez was excellent, while assisting me on 9/16/21. I came in for an oil change on my 2018 4Runner. Joey immediately informed me of other services that needed my attention. Rep assisting me on 9/16/21. I came in for an oil change on my 2018 4Runner. Initially was overwhelm with the additional requirements, but Joey was great so I replaced the wiper blades and I’m back this morning, 9/17/21, for my tire rotation and transmission service.
