Before I start, we do have 2 brand new car ch-r 2020 and corolla hatchback 2021. First experienced was a few weeks ago. I made an appointment because I’m a busy person, but when I get there they told me tha corolla hatchback 2021. First experienced was a few weeks ago. I made an appointment because I’m a busy person, but when I get there they told me that I need to wait for 4 hrs, seriously ? for 6 months maintenance service. So to make the story short I can’t wait that long. So I left and told them that I will make another appointment instead. The second experienced was last saturday i took my Ch-R for maintenance service ,. this time is not that bad because I just waited for only one hour and a half which is usually a normal waiting time. But the worst part is , Sunday morning when I’m about to go to do my errands, Bam! There’s a lot of oil on my garage floor, so meaning there’s a leaked and great, because that was Sunday and they’re close. So this morning I just realized its Labor day and it’s holiday! So what now? Because of being negligence you guys, now i can’t use my car. Shout out to whoever did the maintenance on my car RUINED my plans for this long weekend. Tsk! More

When they say all service included on a lease, what they mean is only oil changes. And if something else is wrong, don’t expect it to get fixed. I always get my truck service at the dealership and that’s because of the customer service. Ivan is always the tech and always does what he can to make sure everything is up to date and done in a timel that’s because of the customer service.
