This could have been a positive experience, but the service department messed up my vehicle they incorrectly leveled the truck and gave me a truck with the front end sitting higher than the rear end, m service department messed up my vehicle they incorrectly leveled the truck and gave me a truck with the front end sitting higher than the rear end, my obviously inexperienced service advisor Johnathan tried to tell me it was because of the gas tank. I left multiple messages for the service manager to call me and I was ignored. The pushy finance department pushed a bogus extended warranty on me and tried to make it sound like the car had no warranty without it, and to make matters worse it’s only useable at Autonation. At the very end my truck was sitting in the parking lot and there was no delivery, I had to find it myself and then go home snd figure out how to operate everything. It cost me 1800.00 to have the front suspension fixed snd realigned due to the micky mouse work the service department did. I took my vehicle there for a 10,000 mile service and asked for the tires to be rotated while it was there, the service order indicated it was completed but the tires we not rotated. The service manager asked for the tires to be rotated while it was there, the service order indicated it was completed but the tires we not rotated. The service manager offered no resolution. I thought I would give them another chance and took my vehicle there yesterday for a 15,000 mile service and again asked for the tires to be rotated, again they didn't do it even though the work order says they did. The service manager went so far as to say there is video of it being done but is unable to show it to me, very disappointing. I recommend marking your tires when you take your car there for a tire rotation, your tires will be in the same spot when you pick up your car. I will not be doing anymore business there. More

I had to call because they didn't call all day, just to be told I should take it to a Jeep dealer. The extended warranty deductible is HIGHER if going to somewhere other than Autonation! What a scam. Very unprofessional. So annoyed about the warranty and finding out that they really can't fix my car - unless it's just a sensor malfunction! More
