I would like to understand why you would sell an extended warranty for a vehicle that you don't have the capabilities to diagnose or fix. If the deductible wasn't more at other dealerships, but if you turn a vehicle away, you should incur the difference in cost. The choice to not do the work, was made by your staff - I didn't decide to take it to an 'out of network' provider.
