Our Service Manager Michael was excellent in communicating the status of our vehicle. He even worked with our 3rd party warranty to make sure everything could be covered. It is often the little things that count in life! Please and thank you. Let me get the door for you, Miss! (I'm an old lady, and it makes me smile to be called "Miss".) Discussing recommendations for Please and thank you. Let me get the door for you, Miss! (I'm an old lady, and it makes me smile to be called "Miss".) Discussing recommendations for service rather than "telling me". Discussing options. Facilitating coupon use. (I'm on only Social Security, so it matters significantly to me.) Explaining rationales for a service. Helping to get the car key off of my "mega-collection" on my key ring and helping to get it on again, without complaining or "funny looks". I have been here probably four or five times to get a battery. Never had any problems just until these last two times. This last time they wanted a blood sample to return a battery that went bad in less then a year and a half,84 months Baha. The service guy wanted the receipt of course even though the date is stamped on the side of the battery. Just another way to not honor the warranty. And now this time he asked for my vin number,ID,and the mileage. That has nothing to do with the battery. This time I saved the receipt. Even though the date is burnt into the battery. And clearly says the date and no where near the 84 months. I will never do business with these people. Can’t wait until the warranty is up or I don’t have the battery anymore. Not worth dealing with these people. More
