AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas - Service Center

I've been a long time customer who bought my car here and only have it serviced here. This was the worst service I've received. I scheduled online for my brakes to be replaced because I was advised they we only have it serviced here. This was the worst service I've received. I scheduled online for my brakes to be replaced because I was advised they were glazed when I had my oil changed a month ago, and to rotate tires, and replace windshield wipers. I sat in the lobby for 4 hours and no one told me my car was ready and I thought it was taking a long time because they were replacing the rear brakes. The only text I received showed me my tires had good tread. When I asked about my car, it had been ready for hours and they did nothing with the brakes but changed my oil again when I just had my oil changed about a month ago - it clearly was on my record. I'm very sad to see the decline in customer service and I'm not sure I'll return for my next maintenance More

Mark G is one of the best service advisors. He acknowledges anyone and everyone that is within his area. He was the only one that looked up at me and acknowledged my presence when I walked in He acknowledges anyone and everyone that is within his area. He was the only one that looked up at me and acknowledged my presence when I walked in to make inquiries. I ended up booking an appointment with him. He was consistent with his excellent service through the end. I will return to Autonation Toyota even though I live quite a distance away because of him. Thank you, Mark G More

Since I prepaid for all services each visit is easy, no hassle, all work is completed and a written report given to me at the end.
