Service is always so easy to schedule through my Toyota app. I can also schedule a ride back to my home while they service my vehicle or sit in the lobby and watch movies with some great coffee. The techs and service representative are always polite and respectful giving me details and explaining if I’m unsure of terminology. 10 out of 10 for service representatives and technicians for going the extra mile and always taking great care of my car and me. It was my first time with Toyota Las Vegas Service, I found the service area clean and easy to find. I love the shuttle service. I was dropped off and picked back up for no charge. My only issue was when getting my vehicle back, the inside and outside were dusted with black fingerprints. I have the white pearl and light interior so maybe it was just more noticeable. Toyota in Orlando/ Clermont normally washes your vehicle before returning it. I did receive the sheet explaining everything that was done and the text message with photos of my tire thread. I really like that very convenient! I will definitely come back for my next Toyota servicing needs, but im also going to bring some wipes with me. More
