I have come to this service department for 16 years and always dealt with Ivan. Recently he was promoted to service manager and my service experience is no longer satisfactory. It seems every time I come i always dealt with Ivan. Recently he was promoted to service manager and my service experience is no longer satisfactory. It seems every time I come in there is a new service person assigned to my car and although they are very polite, I don't feel the personal service I used to get. In this case, my car needed more service than anticipated and I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. I was told noon but did not get a return call that it would be 2:30 instead. Also, I was given the wrong bill which William caught after I had paid and it was a hassle trying to get the refund to go through. I refused to pay the bill until I saw the refund posted on my Visa account and then I had to come back to pay the bill another day because they would not accept payment over the phone unless I left a copy of my credit card and I.D. which I was not prepared to do given the original inefficiency. I used to think I would only buy another Toyota because of the great and personal service I received. I no longer feel that way. More
