Not the greatest service. I have an appointment and walk in the service department with no greeting. 6-8 advisors and no body says anything. I have to ask one of them who says that i need to speak with another. All while 4-5 of them are doing nothing! Why can't they check me in. Went to pick up the car and same thing. One advisor, who I have to wait for, then says "go to the cashier". Get the car and it smells! No car wash. Not the best first or last impression. Will be going elsewhere for services. More
I really don’t know what was done on my car. I received an work sheet but as a service list it is funny. For instance the floor pads were checked! Even didn’t see if the oil change was done. More

I scheduled an Oil Change and arrived at 7:45am and didn’t leave the dealership till 2:55pm. Over seven hours , not exaggerating, to complete an oil change. Not even the worst part. When I got home I d didn’t leave the dealership till 2:55pm. Over seven hours , not exaggerating, to complete an oil change. Not even the worst part. When I got home I decided to see if fluid levels were topped off. Nope…no coolant put in, washer fluid or break fluid. Not a great experience at all. Dealership explained I have a Dodge Vehicle but they are a Toyota Dealership. I explained y’all sold me the vehicle and the car package and that should not be an excuse. Even tho I still have free oil changes from my car package I bought I still will go elsewhere and PAY. Should be no excuse not taking care of fluid levels. That is extremely dangerous for the vehicle and I will be reporting to BBB about this awful experience! More
