IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS TO CHANGE THE OIL IN MY 2022 RAV-4! !!!!! YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?????? AND YET YOU CAN'T GET THE JOB DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. SINCE I PURCHASED !!!!! YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?????? AND YET YOU CAN'T GET THE JOB DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. SINCE I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THE COST WAS COVERED. I'LL NEVER BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY AGAIN. WHEN MY NEXT OIL CHANGE IS DUE, I WILL GO TO A JIFFY LUBE OR SOME OTHER BUSINESS THAT SPECIALIZES IN OIL CHANGE. MY EXPERIENCE HERE IS 30 MINUTE, PLUS/MINUS 15 MINUTES AND THIS IS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. More
