My 2022 told me that it required service and to take it to the dealership at 5000 miles. The Service department always treats me like they're doing me a service. I walk in, groups of employees are talking to the dealership at 5000 miles. The Service department always treats me like they're doing me a service. But that is not the right person, And he doesn't know who is the right person. So back to the first group. I finally found the right person, made my appointment, and returned the next day for the service. More

I've been going there for years and recently had a few issues I wanted to get a diagnosis for on my car. Jonathan Lobos was my service advisor and he was great. Rather than me arriving there and finding out they didn't have any techs who do a car diagnosis he allowed me to come at a different time or gave me options. Quoted me 2 hours in case it was something big but it was barely 30ish minutes and all my issues were solved. More
