I’ve came here several times for an oil change because this is where I bought my car. A lady called me the day of my appointment and the first thing she says is, you know there is a Volkswagen across the this is where I bought my car. So then I come to my appointment, the guy try’s to get me out of my car before I can even get my stuff together. After my car was finished I came to pick it up, didn’t even drive 2 mins down the road and a huge cover piece from under my car falls off while I’m driving, almost hitting the car behind me. I brought this to their attention Saturday, was told I would be contacted as soon as possible, Tuesday comes and no answer, I call to see who I need to speak with and the girl is not listening to me. It’s honestly always a hassle to come here, there is some sort of problem. Customer service is not a thing here. But I’ll stop wasting my time and money here since you guys don’t even want to help with simple oil changes. More

I brought my vehicle to Toyota AutoNation for a routine maintenance. I asked for help to check my interior light when I open the car door.
