Always very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Was there for about an hour which was so much quicker than my previous scheduled oil change when I was there for over 2 hours. Only improvement would be for the dealer to get some Univetsal remotes for the TVs can only watch so much of Deadliest Catch. More

Went to get routine maintenance and check up on updating the navigation in my 2014 Scion FR-S. Technician didn’t record video so I didn’t know what was done to the car until I read the invoice sheet. Even then, service advisor did not seem interested in explaining what the techs wrote down on the sheet. Could barely make sense of it. This was the 2nd time I asked to have the nav / system updated (last time, they told me to go to the Toyota website to download it, which isn’t true; you need a special service tool) and they still gave me the same run around—didn’t seem to know how at all. Oil change was fine. Service Porter was burning the clutch trying to bring the car over to me. More
