Service was horrible. Waited 4 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Just for the “service expert” to constantly blow you off after asking for multiple updates Waited 4 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Just for the “service expert” to constantly blow you off after asking for multiple updates after the first 2 hours. When I finally got my car my windshield wiper was ripped and he blames it on the sun even though I gave them the car without that damaged. I always check before giving it to them. Vehicle is being leased yet we are having to pay for the services even though we were told it would all be included for the life of the lease I guess not. This place is just money hungry. Causing issues or not fixing things to make you come back more often and making you have to buy more for a car that’s not even fully yours. More

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I went to pick up my car, I gave the work order to the man at that station. He walked me over to an area and said to wait there and he would bring my car around. Tim walked out about then and saw both of us, smiled (of course) and said to just wait there and he (pointing to the attendant) would bring the car to me. I waited and watched each car that came in. And I waited. And I waited. A very, very nice woman asked if I had been helped and I said that I had. When I was still there about 5 or 10 minutes later, she came by again and asked who was helping me. I said whoever was behind the desk and that he had told me to wait at the spot where I was currently. She came back seconds later and said that he had been looking for me but couldn't find me and my car was parked close to the front, in a line with other parked vehicles. I had seen that line and had noticed a car that looked like mine, but there are certainly innumerable black Priuses and so didn't consider it was mine. Apparently, when the attendant went to look for my car, he saw it already in line, but did not let me know. To say he "couldn't find" me when I was exactly where he walked me to and told me to wait is ludicrous. More
Don’t know why I would bother taking my 2020 4 runner here when the warranty is up. Between the wait and lack of any significant service difference between here and someplace like Valvoline or Jiffy lube here when the warranty is up. Between the wait and lack of any significant service difference between here and someplace like Valvoline or Jiffy lube it’s not worth the wait. They used to at least clean the thing when it was returned to me. Guess washing customer vehicles causes corona virus or something. More

Fast service. Autonation Lifetime Bsttery was replaced for free under the warranty. Had routine maintenance performed with Autonatuon Precision Air and Cabin Filt Autonation Lifetime Bsttery was replaced for free under the warranty.
