AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas - Service Center

I had an appointment to get my Rav 4 Hybrid serviced for the 15,000 mile service at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 8:15 and met with the representative almost immediately. He went over my information quickly and efficiently and was knowledgeable regarding the service that I needed. The service department was very busy but running smoothly. The waiting area had plenty of seating for the many customers that were there. There was a coffee/hot chocolate station and there was a fridge with bottled water. The CS rep did not give me any instructions if this was for the customers use which would have been helpful although I assumed it was for everyone to use. I only waited an hour and was notified by phone message that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick up my car, I was handed paperwork and no one went over the services that had been taken care of or what the car needed. My car was brought quickly to me and I noticed that it had not been washed or vacuumed as had previously been done at other Toyota dealerships which I found disappointing. I'm grateful for the speedy process but a little more information and guidance and attention to detail is desired. More
