My service was very prompt and courteous, I arrived five minutes early and was met immediately. He said it would might be three hours, I thought that was a little too long and ask if it could be hurried at minutes early and was met immediately. He said it would might be three hours, I thought that was a little too long and ask if it could be hurried at all he said he would work on it. One hour later I had my car back. Auto Nation Toyota has been terrific. They sold me my last two cars and will probably sell me the next one. More
The service by the technicians is very good, and timely. I do have a problem with how you are treated when you drive in. A person greets you when you get out of your car, and then you have to go inside and stand around. I stood in front of the desk of my normal service agent until a nice person told me that my guy was off that day (the appointment was made by a telephone solicitor). So now i was instructed to wait at the desk of another agent. Once this agent appeared he was very professional, but the structure always sets me off. It would be so much better if the person who sees you get out of the car would walk you to a desk and take care of your needs. This is how it is done in so many other dealerships. The customer does not need to see the same person each time, they change jobs so frequently anyhow. Just take care of us quickly when we do arrive, and not have us standing in line at an empty desk while other people get taken care of who arrived later, just because their service advisor was not busy or having a day off at that time.
