Had an appointment at 830 in the morning. I brought in my sienna for its first oil change. The beginning was fine. I was told I would receive a call when my vehicle was done, okay cool..... I'm wondering why it's taking so long. I look at my Toyota app and the doors and windows are locked where they were open before so I know it's done. The app said they were locked about 30 minutes ago. I walk up to Kevin and finally tells me the van is ready.... So I'm just sitting there like a xxxxxxx for nothing. He doesn't say or explain anything and gives me the RO. I then hand my paper to the people that bring the vehicle and they pull it around.... The van comes around and it isn't even washed not was it never brought up. I actually used to work at this Toyota location and have been around dealerships as a lube tech and lot porter and know that they did a xxxx slow job.... More
