I've been using this dealership for service for many years. This was the first disappointment I have had. My vehicle was not washed before returning it to me as they state on the website. Everyone was extremely helpful, since this was the first time I took my car my husband usually does it. I asked about a few questions to figure out if things were needed or might be a problem. Never received any feedback on them. My rear window tint is showing some bubbling in the corner. On the trunk lid lip inside looks like there might be a missing rubber piece. The splash guards only have 2 bolts holding them in place and it looks like there are 4 holes for bolts in them. The advisor who took me in never answered those questions. Once my car was ready he was gone. The remaining advisor had no clue if anything was done and didn't even seem interested about my concerns. I understand that my concerns might not be the biggest but would like to have an answer. Especially on the tint since I shouldn't be responsible since the care was tinted when I picked it up. Plus I was told they do not do car washes anymore when the care is serviced. In the almost 2 years I have owned the care it has never been washed during the service calls. Might have to start taking the car to another Toyota Dealership. I always loved AutoNation Honda when I owned my Civic for almost 10 years. Can't say the same about the service department at AutoNation Toyota. More
