Nazir Fazelyar is all knowing with the Grand Highlander Hybrid Limitedquipment and functionalities. I was impressed on his professionalism and take pride to know what he is talking about. I've never met a better salesperson on my lot of experience in buying automobiles for all myself and my relatives. The pricing was straight forward and extra dealer options was explained clearly. I would recommend Nazir to be given the salesperson of the month ... and if you need an automobile to contact him at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg, VA dealership. You will not be disappointed. The dealership is being improved to better accommodate customers as some cubicles are being work\ed on. More

I recently had a very pleasant experience trading in my old car at AutoNation. Since I received my new car three hours earlier than expected, I called AutoNation to try to move up my originally scheduled t old car at AutoNation. Since I received my new car three hours earlier than expected, I called AutoNation to try to move up my originally scheduled trade-in appointment. To my surprise, they agreed. When I arrived at AutoNation with my old car, Alan Ribner was the agent who assisted me. During the contract signing and payment process, I encountered some difficulties due to my language barrier. I missed the mobile payment notification a few times, which caused us to repeat the payment process several times. Despite the inconvenience, Alan and his colleagues were extremely patient and helpful in resolving the issue. I felt very guilty for causing them to stay past their working hours due to my mistakes, but Alan was very kind and kept chatting with me to ease my embarrassment. Finally, the payment was successfully completed. Alan even arranged for a complimentary shuttle service to take me home, saving me the cost of a taxi. I am extremely grateful for Alan's warm and attentive service! More

I cannot say enough good things about Alan Ribner. We recently moved overseas but needed our car in the states right up until the last day. As you can imagine moving overseas is stressful, and trying to sell your car the night before you fly out really adds to the stress. First of all, when reaching out to different dealerships Alan responded quickly and was a fantastic resource. He guided us during the whole process and made it SO easy and quick to sell our car. In one of the most stressful times in our life, he made the process so easy and not stressful at all. He was also so kind to our 3 young kids (who were being kind of wild honestly) and he was just great and friendly with all of us! Definitely recommend working with Alan! More

I will never go back to have my vehicle serviced here. They told me that I needed service to my car that I later learned from another source that I did not. I honestly believe that this place is committing fraud by trying to up sale services that are not needed and are not preformed. Another reviewer stated the same thing. It is a shame that this is how they treat customers. Please be aware especially if you are female, never happened when my husband took my car there. More
