Had to wait 25 minutes just to check in and drop off our car for a recall repair, and this was with a scheduled appointment. I showed up on time. Slow check in - about 15 minute wait. Rep didn't know about TSB covering water in doors of 2019 Rav4s. I had to give him a copy. Note: But there is some way of improvement in the service area. they are not the best one, just ok! they never smile, they are sometimes even rude and they are too busy so they dont even care if you wait for a long time. couple of time it happens when i came to do the maintenance by taking appointment they were not upto the mark. their commitment level is very poor. and one more thing when you say certified used car then you should make sure all the things with the car is perfect. this time i just get only one key with my car, they said after a week they will give me the other key. then my reclining seat was not working then i dropped they fixed it. then one of door handle above the middle row is not working, Stacy said they will call me but they dont know when, these are some points they need to be improve. so the customer remains happy even after purchases of their dream car. Went for 90k mike service and had to replace the back brakes. Great job and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that it took 4.5 hours.
