The service department was busy with a bit long wait at check in. Staff were courteous and most of all honest. Another dealership kept “recommending” services needed for maintenance of the vehicle that we check in. Staff were courteous and most of all honest. Another dealership kept “recommending” services needed for maintenance of the vehicle that were not necessary to the point I couldn’t get out of there without a recommended bill of $500-600. After two services doing their recommendations I thought for sure there couldn’t be any other recommended add on services, but no. For the record I have a 2019 vehicle in great condition with no issues. So thankful to find an honest Toyota dealership in the area to maintain my car without trying to rip off customers. More

Service check in took 20 min. After 11/2 hr, car not even looked at. Tech apologized. I had 2 grandchildren with me that needed lunch. Took car & left. I was told the computer overbooked appts. I this day of technology, that should never happen. Sad. We’ve spent a lot of money buying from dealer & sent friends who purchased cars too. Not the way to keep customers!!! More
