The Service Customer Care Manager, Admir, was prompt to call back when a problem with my service had been identified. He explored all options and with the help of the district manager they were able to to call back when a problem with my service had been identified. Had an appointment for Oil Change,7:17 after Waiting over almost 4 hours, (11:00) I asked the clerk, who wrote up my vehicle, why it was taking so long for a simple oil change, he then tells me, it wa over almost 4 hours, (11:00) I asked the clerk, who wrote up my vehicle, why it was taking so long for a simple oil change, he then tells me, it was finished at 8:30…He failed to notify me and left me waiting! I’ve been having service at Leesburg Toyota, since I bought my Highlander 08 there, ( I actually worked for Leesburg Toyota) for 6 years.) I received a a very poor excuse. That he forgot to let me know, and to have nice day! Really! I think Leesburg Toyota should have made it right…of no Charge! For the screw-up. Will go somewhere else for next next maintenance! More
