I HATE making a Service Appt with a Call Ctr! I want to talk to the Dealer location that's going to do the work! When I make an Appt & told 1hr. that's what I expect! I will change to a time I ca I want to talk to the Dealer location that's going to do the work! When I make an Appt & told 1hr. that's what I expect! I will change to a time I can get what I want. Not to be told when I get there it will be 1 1/2 Hr. I always wait! This was only the 2nd Service on a New Car (10,000 miles) Oil change. Jiffy Lube only takes 15-20 min. Why go to a Dealer!!!! More

Bryan Dorsey gave me a far and beyond of his customer services every time I needed my car works on. Several years back, my car battery died right in the drive up window of the bank, in Leesburg, I called services every time I needed my car works on. Several years back, my car battery died right in the drive up window of the bank, in Leesburg, I called Bryan (he was on his way home), he stopped by, gave a jump to my car battery AND followed me to Toyota dealership to make sure my car make it to dealership ok.
