I recently had a very pleasant experience trading in my old car at AutoNation. Since I received my new car three hours earlier than expected, I called AutoNation to try to move up my originally scheduled t old car at AutoNation. When I arrived at AutoNation with my old car, Alan Ribner was the agent who assisted me. During the contract signing and payment process, I encountered some difficulties due to my language barrier. I missed the mobile payment notification a few times, which caused us to repeat the payment process several times. Despite the inconvenience, Alan and his colleagues were extremely patient and helpful in resolving the issue. I felt very guilty for causing them to stay past their working hours due to my mistakes, but Alan was very kind and kept chatting with me to ease my embarrassment. Finally, the payment was successfully completed. Alan even arranged for a complimentary shuttle service to take me home, saving me the cost of a taxi.
