I took my vehicles here for regular maintenance and was very pleased with the service and timeliness. This dealership bought my vehicle for less than the KBB price quote and told me there wasn’t any room very pleased with the service and timeliness. Car came with a broken drivers seat control panel and missing retractable trunk privacy shade, but was in otherwise excellent condition. Sales staff is very friendly and professional, working to correct deficiencies and improve their overall quality. The Service Manager is very responsive and personable. I regret purchasing the extended warranty, because it wasn’t necessary and doesnt cover a repair that is needed after putting just 5k mikes on it since I purchased the car in February. It has also been 3 weeks now since I originally inquired about the broken seat control panel and the missing retractable trunk shade, with follow-ups on my end. More
