My Sales Associate, Gene Winfree, was very customer friendly and professional! However, upon retrieving my used vehicle it was NOT cleaned as I was told that it had been detailed and cleaned. The interior panels were not wiped down neither was the area around the trunk hood (lots of dirt and debris). I left without saying anything because I had an 1.5 hour drive back home during rush hour traffic. However, I followed-up with an email to Gene of my disappointment. When my schedule permits, I will be taking my vehicle to a professional company for a thorough detail and cleaning. More
