I just wanted to say that the service at Toyota Leesburg was a very good experience. I was lucky enough to be helped by a very good technician (Carlos Riera). The rep was quite low on energy and didn’t provide proper feedback and updates even after the vechile was serviced. I had to follow up with him on the status after 2 hrs of waiting for oil change.
