Service Center took my car in without an appointment the day before a scheduled business trip. Tire was significantly under recommended pressure rate, but not quite flat. Employee called me in less than an day before a scheduled business trip. Tire was significantly under recommended pressure rate, but not quite flat. Employee called me in less than an hour to tell me that they found a nail in the tire, and that it was repairable. Service Center patched my tire 30 minutes later and got me on my way. All in all, Service Center gave me exactly the service I needed at lightning speed, and with no unnecessary up-sales, which I appreciated. More
