We were there to purchase a Highlander Hybrid that we'd ordered some time ago. This is the 2nd new vehicle we've purchased from this dealer and feel that our business is appreciated. This was my first time dealing with a dealership for purchase of a new car in all my 30+ driving years (I've always purchased used to save $). With COVID used car prices are still inflated 2 years in, s purchase of a new car in all my 30+ driving years (I've always purchased used to save $). With COVID used car prices are still inflated 2 years in, so makes a bit more sense to go new. The sales guys over at Leesburg, VA AutoNation were pleasant to buy from. No high pressure, no surprise costs, and they were patient and willing to listen to me despite my hemming and hawing about spending 40k on a vehicle. Because new inventory is still down, they were also willing to shave a bit of the price for features on the in-stock Tacoma that I wasn't necessarily looking for.
