Totally incompetent company and employees, was driving down the road and my driver's side windshield wiper stopped working so I took it to the dealer,they said they could fix it and it needed a new wiper down the road and my driver's side windshield wiper stopped working so I took it to the dealer,they said they could fix it and it needed a new wiper arm.They took the truck and I went home.They called me later and said that the part they had put on was wrong and they now had to order it and being Thursday they could get it early the following week and they would call me when it came in.Waited till Wednesday and still hadn't heard back from them so,I called and was told it was there,no contact from them, so I scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Got to the dealer for the work after an hour of waiting for it get done I'm told they ordered the wrong part and now I'm waiting on them and I am supposed to be going on vacation in the truck Saturday morning screwing up my vacation and losing money for having to take off work multiple times.
