Had a 1pm appointment and they forgot about me. Didn’t get seen until after 2pm. They had the car for less than 30 minutes and I certainly don’t think they had the time to do all the required items Didn’t get seen until after 2pm. I have had my Toyota Avalon maintained at AutoNation since moving from NJ eight years ago and have been very pleased. This visit was to get my certification and emissions inspections which was done whil since moving from NJ eight years ago and have been very pleased. This visit was to get my certification and emissions inspections which was done while I waited for the car. No additional work was required on my 2004 Avalon to pass my inspections which is a good testimony that the car has been well maintained. More
