Bryan provides honest and detailed info about what we should do on the car and what options/tradeoffs are possible. We trust him totally, something that in the past I could not say for other mechanics and dealerships. Key attributes for us are trusted relationship, flexibility to "fit us in", and quality of service. Couldn't ask for anything better. More
