This my worst experience with Autonation Service Department. After making a reservation for service, I still waited for almost 3 hours before I was finally told what the problem was with my car. Onc Department. After making a reservation for service, I still waited for almost 3 hours before I was finally told what the problem was with my car. Once the problem was found, I had to leave the car overnight because they didn't have the part. I was told that the car would be ready the next afternoon, but I still had to call 3 times to get the correct status on the repair. The Service Department needs some serious discussions about keeping customers informed on the status of their vehicles. More
