The service department was busy with a bit long wait at check in. Staff were courteous and most of all honest. Another dealership kept “recommending” services needed for maintenance of the vehicle that we check in. Staff were courteous and most of all honest. After two services doing their recommendations I thought for sure there couldn’t be any other recommended add on services, but no. For the record I have a 2019 vehicle in great condition with no issues. So thankful to find an honest Toyota dealership in the area to maintain my car without trying to rip off customers. More

Drove all the way from Frederick to have my wheels fixed here and they were excellent all the way around. Customer Service was excellent! Technician was excellent!
