The initial salesman who fielded my phone call didn’t even show up to the appointment he scheduled for me. Then, there was an unrelated problem with my title for the trade in. When I showed up with the exact documentation needed to complete the transaction, I was told it wasn’t good enough and referred to the Secretary of State’s office. I then received a phone call from an employee saying I needed to return to complete the sale with no additional documentation as the General Sales Manager was incorrect. The Toyota Sienna is on back order otherwise I would have left and gone somewhere else. This dealership has no idea what they’re doing and they were extremely disrespectful (save the finance guy and the salesman in training). Management is clueless More
